Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These terms govern access to TestiFollow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use TestiFollow for a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business. Questions can be sent to support@testifollow.com.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for maintaining lawful access to the websites where you install TestiFollow widgets.
Testimonials and lawful use
You are responsible for the requests you send, the content you approve, and the way you publish it. You must have an appropriate lawful basis and any required permission to collect, use, and display personal information and testimonials. You must honour withdrawals or deletion requests where applicable.
You must not use TestiFollow to publish unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, discriminatory, harmful, or abusive material; impersonate others; send spam; introduce malicious code; probe or disrupt the service; bypass plan limits; or violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Your content and our service
You retain ownership of content you submit or approve. You grant TestiFollow a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide and protect the service. TestiFollow and its software, branding, and site materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
We may remove or restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal obligations, or a breach of these terms.
Plans, payment, and cancellation
The Free plan is subject to the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro is billed monthly at the price shown before checkout. Stripe handles payment and card information. Taxes, if applicable, are shown through the payment flow.
You can manage or cancel a Pro subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period according to the status shown in the portal. Existing content is not automatically deleted on downgrade, but Free-plan limits and branding apply to future use. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are not automatically refundable.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep TestiFollow reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security work, provider outages, or events outside reasonable control may affect access. We may make proportionate changes needed for security, legal compliance, or service operation and will avoid materially reducing paid functionality without reasonable notice where practicable.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, TestiFollow is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service. Our total liability relating to a paid account is limited to the fees paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. For a Free account, liability is limited to £100. You remain responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of content important to your business.
Termination and general terms
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, or a serious security risk, normally giving notice where reasonable. Terms intended to continue after termination—including ownership, accrued payment obligations, and liability limits—remain in effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without removing any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer. If one provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. We may update these terms and will publish the revised date here.
