Ready for owner review
Every public submission begins here. Read the testimonial, rating, consent and optional customer context before taking action.
TestiFollow gives every customer submission a clear status and keeps the owner in control. Review the full response, then approve, reject or reverse a decision when circumstances change.

Testimonials
“The collection link was straightforward and quick.”
“A polished experience that made sharing feedback simple.”
“A short illustrative submission for moderation.”
Three meaningful states
Statuses describe an editorial decision, not a hidden automation rule.
Every public submission begins here. Read the testimonial, rating, consent and optional customer context before taking action.
Approval adds an approval timestamp and makes a consented testimonial eligible for the project’s Wall and widgets.
Rejected submissions remain available to the owner but are never queried into public testimonial displays.
A practical inbox
The project testimonial area summarises total, Pending, Approved and Rejected counts. Status filters narrow the paginated list, while each card shows the customer name, rating, excerpt, submission date and available professional context.
Open a testimonial to review all submitted fields. Approving sets its publication state; rejecting clears the approval timestamp. A later decision can be reversed from the same detail view.

Privacy by separation
Authenticated project access is protected by ownership policies. One user cannot open or moderate another user’s project testimonials, even by changing a URL.
Public displays use a narrower query: active project, approved status and publication consent. Customer email, internal database IDs, moderation state and owner information never belong in the rendered Wall or widget.
