A short, mobile-friendly way to share customer feedback.
A better moment to ask
The strongest time to ask is usually after a meaningful result: a successful delivery, completed onboarding, resolved problem, renewed engagement or visible customer win. Your message can stay personal; the TestiFollow link simply gives the response a consistent destination.
Explain why you are asking and what kind of experience would be helpful. Customers still write in their own words, while the rating and optional professional details add useful context.

The form includes explicit publication consent, and your request should be equally transparent.
A submitted testimonial is not automatically public. It enters your moderation inbox as Pending.
What customers can submit
The collection experience is structured, but it does not force customers through a long survey.
Name is required. Email, company and job title are optional and help the owner understand who submitted the story.
A simple rating sits alongside the written feedback and is displayed accessibly in public formats.
The customer describes the experience in their own words. Text is required for every submission.
Pro collection pages can accept an optional customer image. Free remains a text-testimonial experience.
Testimonials
“The collection link was straightforward and quick.”
“A polished experience that made sharing feedback simple.”
“A short illustrative submission for moderation.”
Consent and control
Every collection form includes a required consent checkbox naming the business that may display the testimonial. The submitted information is shared with that business for review.
After submission, TestiFollow shows a confirmation state and prevents a normal browser refresh from accidentally posting the same response again. The owner can then inspect the testimonial before deciding whether it belongs in public.
Collection questions
